Discover the power of Mindfulness, Nature Connection, and Ecotherapy to heal and rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul with Mindfulness Rooted Ecotherapy (MRE) and see the profound impact it can have on your personal and professional life.

Mindfulness Rooted Ecotherapy combines the principles of mindfulness with a flexible and creative approach to ecotherapy. There can be a misconception that ecotherapy always involves the outdoors yet there are a multitude of powerful methods that can be applied in both indoor and outdoor settings.

Contact with Nature is not optional for humans, it’s a basic need necessary for physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. Many clients who would benefit from nature connection approaches most, can be restricted by little opportunity to access Nature outside due to a multitude of reasons. This can include extended hospital stays, residential settings for elderly or disabled people, or clients suffering from allergies, illness, disability, or trauma for example. There are also many urban educational and healthcare settings with limited access to outdoor spaces.

Mindfulness Rooted Ecotherapy enables practitioners to individually tailor a program for their clients depending on setting, 1:1 or group sessions, personal preferences, and needs of both practitioner and client.

Key Benefits:
  • Help your clients/students reconnect with Nature and find inner balance amidst the chaos of modern life.
  • Guide clients/students to develop practical mindfulness techniques to reduce stress and anxiety.
  • Gain valuable insights into the symbiotic relationship between human and planetary health.
  • Respond skilfully to modern-day challenges such as eco-anxiety and the climate crisis.
  • Acquire flexible and creative skills to integrate MRE approaches into your professional practice or embark on a meaningful career change as a Mindfulness Rooted Ecotherapy practitioner.
  • Learn how to tailor individual programs in outdoor and indoor settings depending on clients’/students’ individual situation, needs and preferences
