A new crystal healing modality: EcoGem Therapy

In crystals we have a pure evidence of the existence of a formative life principle, and although in spite of everything we cannot understand the life of crystals – it is still a living being. Crystals are living beings at the beginning of creation.”

Nikola Tesla, 1900

I am so excited to present to you the new crystal healing modality EcoGem Therapy. Crystals and crystal healing are another passion of mine. Ever since I was a little girl I have been like a magpie around gemstones. I come from one of the world’s “crystal hotspots” in Germany, which is maybe why they are in my blood.

Even though I adore crystals and I am a crystal healing practitioner myself, I can absolutely understand and appreciate, that this area doesn’t resonate with everyone. I myself am a person who needs a balance between science and the more spiritual/energetic aspects of healing approaches, which was one of the contributing factors for choosing the name “Roots and Wings” for my business. Crystals and crystal healing to me are another path to Nature, they encapsulate and carry so much of our Earth’s evolution and with that are part of our own. In relation to mindfulness and ecotherapy, I find crystals to be a wonderful medium to connect deeply. This could be through meditation aids such as meditation beads or meditation stones or through jewellery which acts as reminders to stop and pause, to breathe deeply or to connect to particular elements of Nature:

  • Crystals as a direct connection to the Earth’s history and evolution and witnesses of geological epochs.
  • Crystals as a representation of the mineral and geological aspects of Nature.
  • Crystals as a visual and tactile resource for a multi-sensory approach.
  • Crystals and their associated EcoGem symbol as a visualisation, meditation and intention setting tool.
  • Crystals as physical and mental healing tools including acupressure, massage, meditation and vibrational crystal healing.

EcoGem Therapy

EcoGem Therapy is a crystal healing modality based on the universal principles of energy healing, taking into account scientifically backed-up facts in combination with ancient knowledge and spiritual wisdom.

I developed this new modality with an equal balance of science and universal spirituality of Nature and the cosmos we are all part of. EcoGem Therapy incorporates elements of ecotherapy, mindfulness, creative approaches, transpersonal psychology, crystal healing and energy work. This powerful methodology strives to support mental and physical human health, as well as the health and well-being of our planet and all the living beings that share it.

EcoGem Therapy is based on 12 carefully selected Gemstones, representing the elements of Nature, with the crystals themselves representing the geological/mineral element. Also part of the EcoGem Crystal set are the five Platonic Solids and a Rose Quartz Heart. This crystal healing approach is a complementary modality and should never replace medical advice, treatment or medication.
